Free Shipping

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 12:00 PM ET on a business day are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET, or on weekends and holidays, are processed the next business day.

Handling Time

Most orders are picked, packed, and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days of being placed, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Tax Policy

We do not charge sales tax. You pay 0% sales tax ($0.00) on every order.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also check your order status anytime on our Track Order page using your email and order code.

Alaska & Hawaii

We ship to Alaska and Hawaii. Please note the $75 free shipping threshold does not apply to AK/HI orders — standard shipping rates apply, and delivery may take 7–14 business days due to additional carrier transit time.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If you notice an error shortly after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@nanaclothingaccessories.us and we will do our best to update it before the order ships.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, contact us at support@nanaclothingaccessories.us with your order code. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or send a replacement.
